  • Storyboard artist : Storyboard artists create the visual storyboards for animated projects. They break down the script into a series of images that illustrate the action, dialogue, and setting of the story.
  • Layout artist : Layout artists are responsible for creating the overall look and feel of an animated scene. They determine the camera angles, lighting, and composition of the scene.
  • Background artist : Background artists create the backgrounds for animated scenes. They paint or draw the backgrounds, and they may also create 3D models of the backgrounds.
  • Rigger : Riggers are responsible for creating the skeletons and joints for 3D characters. This allows the animators to control the characters’ movements.
  • Modeler : Modelers create the 3D models for animated characters, objects, and environments. They use software programs to create the models, and they may also texture and animate the models.
  • Texture artist : Texture artists create the textures for 3D models. This includes the colors, patterns, and bumps of the textures.
